Healthy Relationships

Try to see it my way,

Do I have to keep on talking till I can’t go on?

While you see it your way,

Run the risk of knowing that our love may soon be gone.

Chorus:

We can work it out,

We can work it out.

Verse #2

Think of what you’re saying.

You can get it wrong and still you think that it’s all right.

Think of what I’m saying,

We can work it out and get it straight, or say good night.

Chorus:

We can work it out,

We can work it out.

Bridge:

Life is very short, and there’s no time

For fussing and fighting, my friend.

I have always thought that it’s a crime,

So I will ask you once again.

Verse #3

Try to see it my way,

Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong.

While you see it your way

There’s a chance that we might fall apart before too long.

To build a healthy relationship you cant just stick to your ideas and be so stubborn, you should also listen to the person your having a relationship with wether it’s a friendly relationship or a romantic relationship. And what happens is if you have to much pride you might lose your friend or lover and the way to avoid that is to compromise, it is hard to compromise but sometimes your pride gets the better of you and you tend to ignore their ideas due to getting mad and what happens is you might actually be wrong in the argument and you think that you are right and you stick to that but you are clearly wrong and it will just lead to a never ending argument and some people think to have a good relationship there should be one person under and one as an upper but for me I say that it should be equal. And just need to work things out together not only one side that keeps losing because the other is to prideful. And all of us are guilty of sometimes being to prideful out of anger. And when you think about it, it is so much better to compromise than lose your friend or lover. Just let go of your pride and things will be good.
