Most of people are living with stress. Guess what causes such stress. There could be lots of stress for it, and some of you may have noticed them in their daily life. Stress could be ranged even from the young to the old. We should know causes of stress. As well, stress is one of the main factors that affect our health in many bad ways when we get under pressure. Also, stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. When you get stressed, your body responds as though you are in danger. It makes hormones that speed up your heart, make you breathe faster, and give you a burst of energy. In other wise, some stress is normal and even useful. Stress can help if you need to work hard or react quickly. For example, it can help you win a race or finish an important job on time.But if stress happens too often or lasts too long, it can have bad effects. It can be linked to headaches, trouble sleeping, upset stomach and so on. However, stress is a fact of life for most people. You may not be able to get rid of stress, but there are several ways how to control stress when I feel stressed. Firstly, the most thing makes me feel stressed out is coming with someone. To overcome this sort of stress, I try to stop comparing and be realistic about what I can and can’t do. In other words, laughing with our friends and help reduce stress. People today experience many type of stress from school, work and relationship. Hanging out with funny friends can be helpful to relieve such stress. Secondly, hard of exercise is a good way to relief stress. I take exercise when I have problems that I would like to forget, or I want to relax after a hard day. After that, I can feel that it is get away from me.Also, I usually take a long bath listening to music. Otherwise, I chat with my close friends on the phone or simply, drink strong coffee. Moreover, nowadays we have more stress than before. Sometimes it is clear where stress is coming from. You can count on stress during a major life change such as the death of a loved one, getting married, first day of school, exams or applying to college.For example, exams can bring in some people and the worst in others. Some people are smart enough to pass the exams with good marks but when they get stressed they start to forget what they studied before and as a result they will get bad marks.But other times it may be so clear why they feel stressed.

In conclusion, don’t panic when stress builds up so we have no idea how to get it over it, because we can’t live without stress, especial element to make me improve and make our life better. Finally, it is important to find a healthy way to relieve stress.
